We know you're excited to start your next adventure! Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Due to high demand and our commitment to quality sourcing, shipping usually takes 7-14 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your gear is on its way.

What if the size I ordered doesn’t fit my dog?

We want your pup to be comfortable! Please refer to our Size Guide on each product page before ordering. If the fit isn't right, contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll help you with an exchange or return.

Are your products truly waterproof?

Yes! Our Adventure Series, including the Waterproof Dog Jacket, is tested against the elements to ensure your dog stays dry and protected during outdoor activities.

How do I track my order?

What is your return policy?

We stand by our gear. If you’re not 100% satisfied, you can return your item in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
