30-Day Returns

We want you to love your NogaPaws gear. If you're not fully satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Item must be in original packaging
• Proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as final sale
• Items that have been used or damaged by the customer

How to Return

Email us at support@thenogastore.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@thenogastore.com with a photo and we will resolve it quickly at no cost to you.
